Speaking

Randy spoke to the Society of Government Meeting Professionals Arizona (SGMPAZ) on Developing an Innovative Mindset. He specifically targeted his talk to this audience. Randy has a nice easy way of presenting while giving you lots of solid information. He's funny and insightful. I would recommend Randy to any organization or company that wants to become more innovative while having fun in the process.

I’ve had the opportunity to attend a number of events where Randy has spoken. He is an excellent coach and trainer and I have come away from these events with actionable items that help me be a more effective leader. Most recently at the Council of MLS Accountants meeting it was strategies and tips to improve employee engagement and work-life balance. I recommend him as a speaker at your next event.

In “The Art of Asking Great Questions” Randy taught us how to ask questions that cause people (employees, clients, relatives) to think deeply and to look forward. Our members and guests were fully engaged as we tried to develop questions based on his innovative techniques. Randy was gracious as he fielded our responses that were not quite as powerful as the ones he had prepared. We all had fun and enjoyed the intellectual challenge!
