Our Manufacturing Safety Leaders Mastermind Program

What is a Mastermind Group ?

A Mastermind Group, also known as a peer-to-peer group, is a small functional group of individuals who meet regularly to support each other’s personal and professional growth.

The Group learns relevant leadership skills, strategies, techniques and tips. They also share challenges, offer advice, hold each other accountable, and brainstorm solutions.

The power of a Mastermind comes from the collective experience, perspective, and encouragement of the group, creating a space where everyone learns, grows, and succeeds together.

Opening Quotes"The network of resources I have gained is invaluable. The tips and lessons learned throughout the program have not only allowed me to be more confident and a safety professional, but it has also equipped me with best practices on becoming a better leader in every aspect of my role!.
