On the first day of the conference, Randy Goruk presented and facilitated ‘The 5 – Keys to Supervisor Success’ in a day long workshop with 100 construction jobsite foremen and supervisors at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin SuperCon 16 Conference in Wisconsin Dells.

The audience participated in this highly interactive workshop by learning the concept(s), then in groups, applying what they learned by working from Randy Goruk’s Ultimate Playbook for Construction Supervisors. They then presented their results in the Ultimate Supervisor Challenge. When presentations were complete, the participants then voted for the best presentation by electronic poll.

Everyone learned, participated and had fun!

Day two was jam-packed as well, with Randy presenting 5 – different leadership development presentations to 5 – different groups of construction company owners and managers.
