On St. Paddy’s Day, Randy Goruk delivered the 5 – Keys to Supervisory Success workshop to 26 – jobsite foreman who did not get in the February 16th session with 100 of their peers.
This highly interactive and engaging training session was designed to provide supervisors in the construction industry with a minimum of three specific take-away strategies, techniques, tips and actions for each key presented that will position each participant for project and career success.
This ‘over-flow’ session was another huge success!
Evaluations reported 100% favorable recommendation for others to take this workshop and a solid 4.63 out of 5 average rating for Randy’s knowledge, presentation skills, use of time and preparedness.
