I believe that if you’re good, you will beat the competition with value and trust.
Value as perceived by the customer, and trust that is earned through the relationship that you build with the customer.
Bad mouthing others is not a strategy.
I strongly suggest you refrain from knocking the competition. It’s unprofessional, unproductive and turns people away from you.
Stay positive and focused on what you can do versus someone else’s short comings.
The damage of turned off customers caused from ‘knocking the competition’ by you or one of your employees can be significant and irreparable … don’t let it happen!
