Trust and respect in a leader is earned and essential to organizational success. Exceptional leaders consistently demonstrate their true character in their words, actions, and behaviors. People want to work for someone they trust and respect.
As the leader, you must be the example. Avoid the many temptations to do the wrong things. The risks are never worth it. It’s always best to do the right thing – regardless of the circumstances.
