This style coaching is personal, directly relevant and can be face-to-face or via phone. Most of our Executive clients are looking for different perspective on the challenges, insight into ideas, or direction on competitive or strategic issues.
Many of our Clients use a 360 degree feedback survey to clarify and prioritize the opportunities for individual and team development.
Leaders Edge Coaching Forums:
Within a powerful facilitated group format, participants gain insight from different leaders at different levels in various industries. Forums typically have 8-10 individuals with a common theme of supporting each other. It's like having your own private board of directors.
