Keep your team and family members safe. Set the example of not being a distracted driver. Also encourage, educate, and enforce a written policy that says, “Put the phone away.”
Too many serious accidents have resulted from drivers who were distracted by their phones. Companies have become liable because their employees caused an accident while texting and driving. Put the darn thing away.
